San Miguel Pottery Land is more than just a place to find pottery. Every piece has its own style, colors, and details that make it unique. Growing up around the shop, I’ve been able to see how much creativity and work goes into what my family does. From traditional pottery to pieces that are a little more unexpected, the art throughout San Miguel Pottery Land reflects both New Mexico and the personality of the people behind it.
What I love most about the pottery is that no two pieces feel exactly the same. There are so many different colors, shapes, patterns, and styles, and each one has something to make it stand out. Some pieces feel more traditional, while others are colorful, playful, or completely different from what you would expect. The variety is part of what makes San Miguel Pottery Land so special to me.
One of my favorite things about San Miguel Pottery Land is how much there is to look at. The shop is filled with colorful pottery, pots, wall art, decorations, and so many other unique pieces inspired by New Mexican and Mexican styles. There are different colors and designs everywhere you look, which makes walking around the shop feel like its own little experience. The fun part is that it takes a while to see everything, and somewhere along the way, at least one piece will probably catch your eye or your heart. By the end of your little tour around the shop, you might just end up taking something home with you.
